Penna/Broich at Annuity.com may send you informational and marketing text messages about retirement planning, annuity products, appointment reminders, and related financial services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that a mobile number in our messaging program belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to re-join, you may do so by submitting a new form on our website and checking the SMS consent box.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our SMS program adheres to all applicable federal and state laws, CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) guidelines, and mobile carrier requirements for commercial messaging.
